We maintain a wide range of sheet metal fabricating equipment ready to complete every aspect of your project with efficiency and within budget. Our equipment is on site at our 25,000 square foot facility located in Greenfield, Indiana. In addition, we utilize the latest software such as AutoCAD 2008, FabriTRAK 9.0, Metalsofts FabriWIN 10.01 CAD/CAM and SolidWORKS Office Professional 2008. 

Mazak 2500 Watt Mark II Laser Processing System with Pallet Shuttle Table

The Mark II system includes a 2500-watt Panasonic resonator, with system engineering designed to maintain tight dimensional tolerances and consistent cut quality at high speeds. Material is handled via the pallet shuttle table. This feature provides “offline” load & unload while increasing throughput with more beam on cutting time.

  •  60" x 120" Work envelope
  • 3/4" Carbon steel
  • 1/2" Stainless steel
  • 1/4" Aluminum

Cincinnati 175 Ton Hydraulic Press Brake 14' Long w/ 6 Axis CNC Guage

The Cincinnati 6-Axis LT back gages provide positioning speeds up to 3,000 ipm, flip backgage fingers with
hardened dowel pins, 40” gage points and auto correction input. The optional 6-Axis LT backgage is the first in the industry to use linear
motor drives, improving speed.
